Kennedy O. Owiti
Mr. Owiti is an accomplished advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He obtained his Honours Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi in 1991 and a post-graduate Diploma in Legal Studies from the Kenya School of Law in 1992. Accordingly, he has over thirty (30) years of working experience in three different legal practices in both litigation and management. He is an experienced legal expert and has advised corporate entities, government departments as well as individual clients. He is the Managing Partner at Owiti, Otieno & Ragot Advocates.
He has broad experience in civil and constitutional litigation before both the High Court and Court of Appeal and has recently represented high profile institutional clients in major cases that have attracted broad public interest. He also practices commercial law before various tribunals including Public Procurement Appeals Tribunal, Cooperative Tribunal and Industrial Court where he represents mainly institutional clients. Mr. Owiti also has a lot of experience in drafting commercial agreements, company and conveyancing instruments in addition to acting for clients in these areas.
Besides his extensive legal research background, Mr Owiti holds a BA degree in Divinity from the Southern Baptist Seminary – USA and currently serves as an elder at Grace Baptist Church - Kisumu. Ken is married to Elizabeth and they have a daughter and two sons. He loves to play golf.
Mr. Otieno is a seasoned litigating advocate of the high court with over 27 years of experience in commercial civil litigation. David holds an LLB Honours degree from the university of Nairobi and a post graduate diploma in advocacy from the Kenya School of Law.
David is also an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators with over 10 years of experience in arbitration and dispute resolution. From 2011 to 2017 David served as a member of the Independent Disciplinary and Appeals Committee (IDAC) of the Kenya Premier League where he participated variously in dispute resolutions.
He has wide experience in Judicial Review, Constitutional Law Practice as well as Pub-lic Interest Litigation. David is a Trustee of Real Kisumu Football Club, Kisumu youth Soccer Network and has served in boards of Governors in various Schools. He is a football enthusiast and enjoys playing it.
Jude T. Ragot
A holder of an LLB honours degree from the University of Nairobi, Ragot was admitted to the bar Roll of advocates in 1998 where he practiced under M/s Ragot & Company Advocates as a Managing Partner and Founder. Mr Ragot also has a post graduate diploma The Kenya School of Law.
With over 25 years of practice, Mr. Ragot brings to OOR immeasurable wealth of experience in criminal law, commercial law involving all aspects of tort law, labour law , procurement and disposal law, constitutional Law, debt collection, insurance claims of all types, conveyancing, environmental law, international commercial law, company law and the litigation that arise in those areas of law
He is an active member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Law Society of Kenya, East African Law Society and FIDA Kenya. He loves swimming, jogging, reading and making new friends.

CHARLES Z. KAMINZA
Charles is a dedicated and resourceful Legal Professional with over 5 years of progressive experience in providing legal support and research. Proven track record of offering general administrative support whilst handling several legal tasks as assigned. He is a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and a honors graduate from Kenyatta University. Mr. Kaminza is on his way to complete a Certified Secretary Course. During his free time, he likes engaging in voluntary activities in the society
He has on numerous occasions represented both individual and corporate clients in criminal and civil matters. He also boasts of experience in handling Employment-Labour Relations matters, Land and Environmental matters. He hold a postgraduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law
SHARON A. OMOLLO
Ms. Sharon Omollo holds a LLB. Degree from Moi University and a Post-graduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law. An ardent litigator, Sharon was admitted to the bar in 2018 and has solid experience in commercial civil litigation, insurance law and has written various advisories on family law cases.
She has proven experience and capability in preparation and registration of mortgages, charges, debentures, purchases, sales, leases, surrenders, discharge of charge and transfers on behalf of the client’s (especially banks) to secure loans for borrowers. She has on numerous occasions represented both individual and corporate clients in criminal and civil matters. She also boasts of experience in handling Employment-Labour Relations matters as well as Land matters.
LINDA A. ODUOR
Ms Linda is a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and an LL.B honours graduate from Moi University. She was admitted to the bar in 2018, and joined the Firm in Jan 2018. He has over 4 years experience as an advocate.
Linda liases with advocates on negotiating settlements and preparing settlement documents after meeting with clients and developing trial strategy based on the needs of the clients. She helps perform legal research and legal analysis on legal questions and/or issues, drafting legal documents and correspondences to clients, opposing counsels, court officials and experts.
She has routinely advised and represented individual, corporates and governmental clients.
WINNIE B. ANURO
Ms Winnie Anuro is a dedicated advocate of the high court having attained her Bachelors degree in Law from Kisii University. She also holds a postgrad-uate diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
Anuro is still undertaking a Certified Secretaries Course by KASNEB. She advises and represents individuals, corporates and governmental clients in civil and criminal courts. She is experienced in handling litigation, convey-ancing, commercial law and customer advisory
Away from her career as a lawyer, Ms Anuro is also a very good community mobiliser and trainer having served in Grassroots Trust for Community Or-ganization-Kenya. She has proven experience and capability in drafting legal documents, opinions etch, research and record keeping. She also boasts of experience in handling Employment-Labour Relations matters as well as Land matters.
OTIENO A. MONICA
Ms Otieno is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Human Rights enthusi-ast with a strong call to advocacy, social justice and sustainable development. She is well versed with legal research, legal drafting and review of legal documents and litigation. Monica is committed and ensure satisfactory results in her duties and assignments.
At OOR, Otieno represents clients’ interests in court in matters novel, complex in various areas of law including, Commercial, Employment, Land, Constitutional Petitions, Traffic, Criminal, Family and all other related to the foregoing. BARON O. NDOLO
Mr. Ndolo is a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and a honours graduate from University of Nairobi. He was admitted to the bar in 2020, and joined the Firm on 1st Sep, 2022.
At OOR, He has largely been under the litigation department in which he has advised and represented individuals, corporates and state agencies. He has gained a wealth of experience in legal practice before the various courts in Kenya which he continues to apply to the benefit of our clients and the profession.
JAEL A. ONYANGO
Ms. Jael Akinyi holds a LLB. Degree from Kenyatta University and a Post-graduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law. Jael was admitted to the bar in 2020 and has solid experience in commercial law, corporate law, human rights and litigation.
She has proven experience and capability in legal research, consultancy, conveyancing legal drafting, litigation and negotiating out of court settlements.
